Maple Respiratory Group launches SAW program in Colombia

Maple Respiratory Group launched its SAW program in Colombia during the 17th Acoltés – Tourism, School, Business and Health Transportation Association National meeting, which was held in Cartagena this past August 9th to 11th, 2017.

Acoltés is the most important association representing the modality of special passenger land vehicles transport in Colombia. MRG will be signing a cooperation agreement with Acoltés which will assist us in accessing their membership and offering awareness, education and home testing for drivers suspected to suffer from SBD.

Our booth was very busy, we attracted transport executives from different parts of the country and as we took them through the benefits of the SAW program, we also had some fun by having them play “Canadian Football Throw” in exchange for Canadian themed gifts.  The game was very catchy and gave us the opportunity to exposed people on how chronic fatigue and micro-sleeps can be caused by undiagnosed OSA.

We now have over 40 companies to follow up in the next few months that employees over 3,000 direct and indirect drivers.  MRG was the only health booth in the entire event, and was voted in the top five most interesting and innovative trade stands of 2017.
